This is my 2010 knitting archive. It's May already! Holy cow. I have a bunch of stuff to add. It's been a pretty prolific year and I love some of the pieces I have been able to finish! The Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival has come and gone and while I was good about buying yarn (only 2 skeins), I did wind up buying a couple of drop spindles and some fiber. Then I got another drop spindle. And more fiber. And now I am waiting for a spinning wheel to arrive, so that should be another source of fiberlicious entertainment!
This is a great shawl by Rosemary Hill. I knitted it as a sample shawl for Spirit Trail Fiberworks using their Orihime yarn. This is the first time I have put beads on a shawl and I really love how it came out. It was very tough giving the shawl to Jen to use as a sample! LOL The whole thing was a great experience. Loved the pattern (enough that I am doing it again), loved the yarn (definitely on my "use again" list) and the beading was cool. Will definitely do it again.

One of Evelyn's Clarks beautiful patterns done in Fiberphiles Super Squish - Dark Copper Rose. A fun and quick knit. I need to get some better pics, because these aren't doing justice to the pattern or the yarn! Pointy needles are a must for the nupps.
